「海南2023年环岛旅游公路重点驿站规划设计国际竞赛」自2023年7月10日发布正式公告以来便受到了社会各界的广泛关注和规划师与设计师的踊跃报名，至8月5日报名截止，竞赛组委会官网共收到了232次注册报名。最终提交的概念提案及报名文件共计88份，其中木兰波光驿站35份、银滩泛歌驿站32份、海棠花语驿站21份。其中，参赛团队主要来自于中国、中国香港、美国、英国及法国等国家和地区。
The「2023 Hainan Island Scenic Route Key Stations Planning and Design International Competition」has received wide attention from all sectors of the community and has attracteda large number of applications from planners and designers since it was officially announced on July 10,2023,the official website of the organizing committee received a total of 232 registrations by the deadline of registration on August 5th.A total of 88 application documents and the conceptual design proposal finally submitted,of which 35 from“Mu Lan Bo Guang”Station,32 from“Yin Tan Fan Ge”Station,and 21 from“Hai Tang Hua Yu”Station.Most of the participating teams are from China,Hong Kong,the United States,the United Kingdom,and France.
2023年8月7日，在海口市南海公证处的全程监督下，「海南2023年环岛旅游公路重点驿站规划设计国际竞赛」第一阶段预审评审会于海南省规划展览馆正式召开，海南省自然资源和规划厅总规划师王俊刚先生、专项规划处副处长向鑫先生出席并致辞。
On August 7,2023,under the supervision of Haikou city Nanhai Notary Office,the first phase of the「2023 Hainan Island Scenic Route Key Stations Planning and Design International Competition」was formally held at the Hainan Provincial Planning Exhibition Hall,with Mr.Wang Jungang,Chief Planner of The Department of Natural Resources and Planning of Hainan Province,and Mr.Xiang Xin,Deputy Chief of Special Projects Department of The Department of Natural Resources,attending and delivering speeches.
