宁德现有汉族、畲族、回族、壮族等46个民族，少数民族人口23.03万人，其中畲族人口20.52万人，约占福建省的二分之一、全国的四分之一，是全国最主要的畲族聚居地。畲族文化是中华文化的重要组成部分。畲族人民在漫长的历史长河中，创造了光辉灿烂的民族文化，留下许多弥足珍贵的文化遗产。 随着现代化进程的加速发展，民族传统文化正面临着前所未有的冲击，经历着剧烈的整合与变迁，出现了程度不同的衰退现象。为了

随着现代化进程的加速发展，民族传统文化正面临着前所未有的冲击，经历着剧烈的整合与变迁，出现了程度不同的衰退现象。为了推动民族优秀传统文化创造性转化、创新性发展，使更多人关注和保护民族文化遗产，我们以“山海宁德·福籽同心”为主题，举办“畲·纹样2023国际创意设计大赛”活动，旨在于传播与传承民族文化遗产，使文化的创意走进生活，从而促进民族传统文化的保护与传承，推动各民族像石榴籽一样紧紧抱在一起，广泛促进交往交流交融，构筑“中华民族一家亲，同心共筑中国梦”的生动局面。
Ningde City,Fujian Province,China has 46 ethnic groups,including Han,She,Hui and Zhuang,with a population of 230,300 ethnic minorities,of which 205,200 are She,accounting for about one-half of Fujian Province and one-quarter of the whole country.She culture is an important part of Chinese culture.In the long history,the She people have created a glorious and splendid national culture,leaving behind many precious cultural heritages.
With the accelerated development of modernization,traditional national culture is facing unprecedented impacts,experiencing drastic integration and changes,and experiencing different degrees of decline.In order to promote the creative transformation and innovative development of the national outstanding traditional culture,and to make more people pay attention to and protect the national cultural heritage,we organize the"She-Pattern 2023 International Creative Design Competition"under the theme of"Mountain and Sea Ningde-Fukushima".We organize the"ShePatterns 2023 International Creative Design Competition"under the theme of"Shanhai Ningde-Fu Seeds",aiming to disseminate and pass on the national cultural heritage,bring cultural creativity into life,promote the protection and inheritance of the traditional culture of the nationalities,promote the nationalities to hold each other tightly together like the pomegranate seeds,widely promote the exchanges,communication and integration,and construct a vivid situation of"the Chinese nationalities are one family,and build the Chinese dream with one heart".
1.畲纹样、56个民族纹样、石榴纹样/未来纹样、纹样数字艺术。
2.以纹样为基础的图案设计、以及纹样的图案衍生。
3.以纹样为基础元素的应用、包括不限于：文创产品、电子产品、工业产品、礼品、手工艺品、织物、环境装饰、家居生活产品等。注：以上类别有交集的作品，可任选其一归类。
4.本次活动除常规的平面方式展览外，作品还将制作成文创产品。
1.Four categories:"Her Patterns","Patterns of 56 Chinese Ethnic Groups","Pomegranate Patterns/
Future Patterns"and"Digital Pattern Art".2.
2.Pattern design based on patterns,patterns derived from patterns.
3.Pattern-based applications,including but not limited to:cultural and creative products,electronic
products,industrial products,gifts,handicrafts,fabrics,environmental decorations,home and living
products,etc.Note:Works that intersect with the above categories can be categorized into any of
them.
4.In addition to the regular graphic display methods,the works of this event will also be made into
cultural and creative products.

1.投稿作品须为作者原创，并为独立著作权，不得侵犯第三方著作权、商标等相关权利。作品必须积极向上，不得诋毁他人、诋毁社会、诋毁国家、诋毁宗教信仰、破坏民族团结，必须符合相关法律规定。参赛者作品如有上述内容（或倾向嫌疑），取消参评资格，如因此产生不良社会后果，自行承担法律责任，并赔偿赛事相关损失。
2.投稿作品一律提交电子文件，尺寸为90CM*90CM，内置图片精度不低于300dpi，色彩模式为CMYK。
3.作者保留高精度的设计原图（如AI、CDR、PSD300dpi以上)，或设计稿原件，以便作品集设计排版使用。
4.每位作者投稿作品不能超过3个单件，或3组系列。每组系列作品不超过2幅，大赛鼓励投稿系列作品。费用本次比赛均为免费。
Submission Requirements
1.The submitted works must be original and independently copyrighted by the authors,and must not
infringe on third-party copyrights,trademarks and other related rights.The works must be positive
and must not denigrate others,society,the state,religious beliefs or national unity,and must comply
with relevant laws.Participants will be disqualified from the competition if their works have any of the
above contents(or tendency to be suspected),and they will bear the legal responsibility and
compensate for the losses related to the competition if they have any adverse social consequences as
a result.2、Submitted works are all submitted to the electronic file,the size of 90CM*90CM,built-in image
accuracy of not less than 300dpi,color mode CMYK.
3.The authors keep the original high-precision design drawings(e.g.AI,CDR,PSD 300dpi or above),or
the original design drafts for the portfolio design layout.
4.Each author can submit no more than 3 single works,or 3 groups of series.Each group of series
works not more than 2 works,the contest encourages the submission of series works.Costs of this
competition are free of charge.

1.所有投稿作品必须为未发表过的原创作品且投稿人拥有独立知识产权。曾经参加过其他设计竞赛或为第三方设计的作品不得投稿，一经发现，活动组织方有权取消其投稿资格，由此引起的法律纠纷及责任由投稿人自行承担。
2.投稿人参与投稿即同意活动组织方可将其作品用于展示、出版等非商业用途的活动。活动组织方在使用投稿作品时，将注明作者。即认同将其作品的知识产权（署名权除外）转移给活动组织方。

Exhibition Statement
1.All submitted works must be unpublished original works and the contributor has independent
intellectual property rights.Works that have participated in other design competitions or have been
designed for a third party are not allowed to be submitted;once discovered,the organizer of the
event has the right to disqualify its submission,and the legal disputes and responsibilities arising
therefrom shall be borne by the submitter.
2.By participating in the submission,the contributor agrees that the event organizer may use his/her
work for non-commercial purposes such as display and publication.The event organizer will indicate
the author when using the submitted work.That is to say,you agree to transfer the intellectual
property rights(except the right of authorship)of your work to the event organizer.
3.The organizer of the event reserves the right of final interpretation of the terms and conditions of
the rules of the call.
